Moderator Guidelines
As a Moderator on karlssonSMP, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the community's standards and ensuring a positive atmosphere for all players. Moderators are dedicated individuals who actively engage with the community and demonstrate a commitment to upholding the rules and values of karlssonSMP.
In your role as a Moderator, you will serve as a point of contact for players seeking assistance or guidance. Your responsibilities will include addressing any issues that arise within the community, enforcing rules when necessary, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.
As part of the staff team, it is essential that you act accordingly and lead by setting a positive example, whether it's in public interactions or private conversations. Your behavior should consistently reflect the values of the community at all times.
Overall, as a Moderator, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of upholding the integrity of the community and ensuring that all players feel valued and respected.
Know and understand the server RULES.
Extend a warm welcome to new players and offer them guidance, inviting them into a friendly atmosphere.
Assign a color to their name (using /team) based on their preference, as indicated by their reaction to #accepted. If they haven't selected one, kindly prompt them.
If they have questions you can't answer for sure, turn them to the server rules, the FAQ page on our Wiki or ask them to contact an Admin.
Use coreprotect to inspect griefing or stealing using (/co inspect)
Take actions against players who either break the rules or are disrupting the server environment in a harmful manner. Alert an admin for further action. Commands are listed below for reference.

/co inspect (Right click to see inside chests, Left click to inspect placed blocks)
/kick (player) (reason)

Examples:
/team join Xgreen karlsson1000
/tempban karlsson1000 1 hour Misconduct
/warn karlsson1000 Stealing Players will get automatically banned after 3 warnings.
There are 15 available colors. Hex colors aren't supported because we use vanilla teams, which only support 16 colors. (we don't use light gray)
Available colors: xblack xgray xwhite xyellow xgold xlightgreen xgreen xblue xlightblue xdarkaqua xaqua xpink xpurple xlightred xred
Remember, abusing any Moderator permissions will result in losing the Moderator role and can result in either a temporary or permanent ban from the server.
