Mob & Villager Limits

To maintain server performance and prevent lag, the following limits apply:

  • Breeding is not possible if there are more than 24 animals within a certain area.
  • This limit applies to all breedable animals (e.g. cows, pigs, sheep, chickens).
  • Villagers are automatically removed if too many are in a small area.
  • Avoid packing too many into a confined space.
  • Villager trading halls or farms that include villagers should not be affected.

Being mindful of your farms and setups can make a big difference. Here are some tips:

  • Use campfires or lava to remove extra villagers when your breeder isn’t in use.
  • Turn off automatic farms or redstone machines when they’re not in use.
  • Avoid clustering mobs or villagers in one tight spot, especially near spawn or public areas.
  • Breed only what you need and consider sharing animal pens with others when possible.

This keeps the server running smoothly for everyone. Be mindful of your mob and villager setups to avoid hitting our limits.
